Jessi Zazu

Jessi Zazu

Jessi Zazu, a founding member of the band Those Darlins, was a pioneer in Nashville's rock revival. She cultivated the next generation of great musicians through years of work with Southern Girls Rock Camp. She was a champion of social justice, an accomplished visual artist and a legendary performer. These works were featured in her last solo exhibition, UNDEFEATED, at Julia Martin Gallery just months before we lost her to her battle with cancer. The individual pieces are dedicated to friends, loved ones and people she encountered fighting similar battles. Funds from all sales will go directly to Jessi's family to help with funeral costs and medical bills. Any surplus will go to Southern Girls Rock Camp scholarships is Jessi Zazu's name.
